Canada–BC Cooperative Prosperity Agreement: Annex A deadline for the first set of deliverables

Annex A of the Canada–British Columbia Cooperative Prosperity Agreement (2 July 2026) sets 1 December 2026 as the date by which the first deliverables are due, including softwood lumber, steel, carbon-price matters, Trans Mountain revenue sharing, 'financial commitments related to a potential new pipeline to Asian markets', LNG support, coastal protection, child care, northwest protected areas, flood mitigation, and detailed funding for the Massey Tunnel replacement and the North Coast Transmission Line. These are implementation timelines, not payment dates (Prime Minister's Office backgrounder).
