Germany signs a contract, projected to exceed $1 billion, for Lockheed Martin Canada's CMS 330 combat management system for the German Navy

On 17 November 2025, Global Affairs Canada announced that the Canadian Commercial Corporation had signed a government-to-government contract with Germany's Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support to equip the German Navy with Lockheed Martin Canada's CMS 330 combat management system. The release said the agreement was "projected to exceed a value of $1 billion" and called it "a concrete example of how Canada is working to diversify Canadian exports in key sectors and regions." Naval News, which republished the government release on 21 November 2025, said the system will go on the German Navy's future F127 frigates.
