Roberts Bank Terminal 2

A new container terminal at Roberts Bank in Delta, BC, with capacity of about 2.4 million TEU a year, federally approved in April 2023. The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority named the TerraMarine consortium (FlatironDragados, Van Oord, Aecon and Carlson) preferred proponent for the landmass and wharf in July 2026; financial close is expected in late 2027, land reclamation from 2028 and operations in the mid-2030s.
