Pembina Gas Infrastructure (PGI)

Pembina Gas Infrastructure, a western Canadian gas-processing company formed in 2022 as a joint venture of Pembina Pipeline (60%, operator) and KKR (40%). Apollo agreed on 23 April 2026 to buy KKR's 40%, a transfer from one US investor to another; Apollo expected to close by the end of June 2026, and no closing announcement was found.
