Radio-Canada Enquête: US waste was 17% of Stablex's 2024 inputs but about 50% of revenue
US waste made up 17% of Stablex's inputs in 2024 but about half of its revenue, director general Michel Perron told Radio-Canada's Enquête; a 2018 decree caps US-origin material at 45%. Six environmental groups filed a complaint with Quebec's environment ministry on 22 October 2025 (reported by Le Devoir).
