Quebec Bill 93: An Act respecting, in particular, the transfer of ownership of an immovable of Ville de Blainville (Bill 93 (QC); S.Q. 2025, c. 7)

Transfers a property of the City of Blainville to the State, with compensation of $17,002,580, and lets the minister grant an operator the rights to build and run the hazardous-waste site (Stablex's cell 6). It exempts the project from the land-use rules of Blainville, the Thérèse-De Blainville regional county municipality and the Montreal Metropolitan Community, and limits legal recourse. Adopted under closure on 28 March 2025, 61 to 31, and assented to the same day.
