Hydro-Québec and the Innu Nation sign a settlement MOU on the 2020 $4B claim
On 4 June 2025 Hydro-Québec and Innu Nation Inc. agreed on a memorandum of understanding committing them to settle the 2020 claim and set the principles of a new relationship; an agreement was put to the two Innu communities for ratification in September 2025 and, at the time of Hydro-Québec's 2025 annual report, ratification was still pending (Form 18-K).
