Gitanyow Hereditary Chiefs file judicial review of the Ksi Lisims LNG environmental assessment
The Gitanyow Hereditary Chiefs asked the BC Supreme Court to review the province's environmental assessment of Ksi Lisims LNG, arguing they had not been adequately consulted on effects on Nass River salmon (The Narwhal, 28 October 2024). The court dismissed the petition on 29 August 2025.
