Ecojustice filed a constitutional challenge to Ontario's Special Economic Zones Act, enacted by Bill 5, on behalf of Democracy Watch, Environmental Defence Canada, Friends of the Earth Canada and Wildlands League (Ecojustice, 8 April 2026). Not a First Nation case, but it targets the same law.
