Newfoundland and Labrador launches an independent review of the 2024 Churchill Falls MOU (Huskilson, Holburn, Wilson)
On 15 December 2025 Premier Tony Wakeham announced a fully independent review of the 2024 Churchill Falls memorandum of understanding under Part 2 of the Public Inquiries Act, by a committee of Chris Huskilson, Michael Wilson and Guy Holburn. The committee gathered evidence from 16 December 2025 to 30 April 2026; its report was released on 19 May 2026 (Government of Newfoundland and Labrador).
