Innu Nation Grand Chief says grievances over past hydro projects must be addressed before more development on the Churchill River

After the premiers of Quebec and Newfoundland and Labrador met on Churchill Falls without Labrador Indigenous leaders, Grand Chief Etienne Rich said Indigenous representatives need to take part in the talks and that grievances over past hydroelectric projects need to be addressed before more development (CBC News, Mar. 2, 2023).
